«Fantastic stay at NYX Cancun, we stayed for 9 nights and had a terrific time. All the staff are very kind, helpful and service minded. Would recommend rooms with a sea view, it’s worth the extra charge to wake up with the sunrise and the sea view towards an endless horizon»

«Nice rooms, excellent service in the rooms and on the beach. This was a former ritz Carlton and the service is at that level. My only small complaint is that the gym could be bigger but it is more than adequate for most people with ample cardio equipment, a weight workout circuit, and dumbbells. Nonetheless could use a rowing machine but again it’s a small complaint »

«Everyone working at the resort was super friendly and accommodating. We were able to upgrade to the VIP access areas for just one day of our day! It was very nice to get to go to the high rooftop pool. Calm, serene, and a great view! Huge buffet for breakfast and lunch, and a variety of choices for dinner each night, including a big barbecue on Friday night!
Our room spacious enough for us to share with our adult son. Nice balcony to enjoy some private outside time.»
