«Staying here was a highlight of our vacation. Our vacation to Puerto Rico was also part family reunion. There were 10 in our group and the house provided comfortable accommodation for everyone. The location is ideal for both relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ambiance of the house, and going on excursions to El Yunque, the bioluminescent bay at Luquillo, and the beaches of Vieques and Culebra. «I am really impressed with the quality of the house guest. He provided clear directions to the home on the first night. Also, he was very patient explaining over the phone all the details such as where the air conditioner control was located etc. The house was very clean with perfect ocean and marina views. «This property was in Palmas Del Mar resort area and was an older home that has had a remodel. This brings the house up to date with some great additions like the outside bar, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. The A/C worked fine, particularly important at this time of year. We had 10 people of all ages and had no problem fitting all. The property naturally fits 8 people across 4 bedrooms with a sofa bed for two people. «Not as clean as expected. Dirty clothes left behind by previous guests found in rooms.Alsi grass not cut, we had to call and property manager did have someone come out very quickly to complete. Overall home had space (not to sit and talk) but for eating and sleeping our large group. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was also very convenient. Locked gate and pool.»
