«We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.»

«We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. «House was perfect for us. We had an anniversary lunch about 20 minutes away. Had everything we needed for 5 adults. Work still being done on house, but it was fine»

«We enjoyed our two night stay here. The tiny house was well maintained. »

«Very comfortable lovely property. We only stayed one night but wished we gad more time to truly enjoy everything the home offered. Dominic replied to all communications immediately. I can’t say enough. It was an excellent experience. Thanks again Dominic!»

«This house was a gem in cleanliness, surroundings, location, functionality. The kitchen was truly well-supplied and we cooked every breakfast and dinner easily for six of us. The response from the owners really was very quick when we had any questions. There was much thoughtful planning that went into the ...

«This place was amazing and our hosts were as equally as awesome as their campsite. My family highly recommends this place! It's got everything you need and is close to so many beautiful hiking and swimming areas!»

«8 adults on a golf trip - the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 8 men - Great location to local golf - yard was great for games and a fire -hot tub to ease our sore muscles. Thanks.»

«Excellent host, communicative and helpful. The space is a nice space and plenty of rooms for all. The river access is great and really lovely to have. If you're going in the winter there is a great, new sauna on the deck. We had a great time grilling on the propane griddle and relaxing on the deck. Peaceful and quiet. Be aware, if you are tall, the doorways are a little low, and one of the bedrooms is just off the kitchen and not private.»
