There are three bedrooms; two doubles one with a dressing area, fitted wardrobes and en-suite. Then there’s a twin room with two single beds in it, perfect for the younger ones, and all bedrooms have Smart TVs and doors leading outside. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and a shower cubicle, plus a utility cupboard within with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property benefits from two allocated parking spaces with 10 steps leading up to the property; with additional parking available in the village public car park just ½ mile away.
The village of Woolacombe which is just below Mortehoe boasts 3 miles of golden sands, great surfing waves and a fantastic coastal footpath. There are shops, cafés, restaurants and a great boutique cinema in a local hotel too, all just a 10-minute stroll away! The main beach is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer, and you can make the most of the location for its beautiful sunsets, one of the spectacles regularly enjoyed by locals and surfers out on their boards in the Atlantic waters.
