«The cottage was very tired. Furniture uncomfortable and quite dirty. Shower room floor needed a good clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Cottage lacked in some utensils including no wardrobe. Very disappointed J. DAWSON»

«Have been to Woolacombe many times and this was the best property we have stayed in. Comfy bed, good quality furnishings and great location within the village Only thing I was say is we used the washing machine and then couldn’t find a clothes dryer …. Maybe it’s there somewhere but we couldn’t find one »

«This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. «This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot ...

«A new modern property clean and comfortable definitely pet friendly we had our dog who loved climbing up the steep garden that may not suit an older dog. Hot tub was excellent and a good drying room for towels etc. Unfortunately the lack of hair dryer did create a bit of a problem. Owner was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. We would definitely go there again if in the area. »
