This cabin has plenty of sleeping room and many levels to the property to explore. We utilized every aspect the property had to offer and to be only walking distance downhill to the dock was perfect. «My wife and I needed a budget friendly place to stay for a wedding at the Pines Resort on Bass Lake. The Nugget at North Fork was the perfect place to fit our budget. The room was comfortable but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Layers of dust on the ceiling fan blades and also the walls, lamp shades. The price point for a one night stay and its location to our wedding venue, Yosemite, and Sequoia National Parks is the primary reason we chose the Nugget at North Fork.»

«This house was conveniently located to Yosemite (1-1.5 hrs depending) and only a couple hours from Sequoia National Park and King's Canyon. The town of Oakhurst was close enough for restaurants and groceries and gas for the car. The house was pleasant enough, but could use some TLC. The back patio and hot tub were nice for relaxing each evening after spending the day in the park. Communication with the host was good and timely.»

«We really enjoyed the layout of the house, it suited us well. I scored cleanliness as okay because when we arrived the dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes. We ran the dishwasher and had to put away the dishes. The other cleanliness issue we had was that one of the blankets out in the bunkhouse smelled like dog urine. We had to wash it immediately, as there were no extra blankets in the whole house, only those on the beds.We had trouble logging on to the Wifi because the instructions we ...
