«I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff and management. I encountered an issue with my room because it was not as described on Expedia. When I called the front desk to explain the situation, the desk agent kindly asked me to give her a little time while she looked into it. To my surprise, instead of the desk agent calling me back, the manager personally reached out to me. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and went above and beyond ...

«We expected a better experience from a Marriott property. While the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, the room was disappointing. It had a strong musty, moldy odor, the carpet felt damp, and the overall air quality was poor, making the room uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but many of the hot items were served cold. I hope the hotel addresses these maintenance and air quality issues, as the staff truly did their best.»

«Fint hotell med fine rom og hyggelig betjening. Internett var meget bra noe som normalt er et problem på denne type hoteller. Frokost var helt OK og på hverdagene fikk man i tillegg litt gratis varm mat mellom klokken 16.30 og 17.30 men drikke. Bassenget og jaquzzi var koselig og oppvarmet. »

«Old and dated. Room was damp, sink leaking, sink only had hot water (not great for brushing your teeth ) and they are under renovations. Fair enough, you’re upgrading probably for those reasons. But this was not disclosed nor discounted for. Loud during the day starting at 7 am. Ice machine not working, gym closed. And generally just beat up. I would not stay until after the renovations. Disappointing the Expedia and the hotel never disclosed this status.»

«The room was very nice, modem and clean. I love the 12pm checkout time. So convenient to Kia Center. My only suggestion is that there is bedding for the pull out couch in the room. I tried calling the front desk several times to get some and finally had to go down and ask. Elevators could also take awhile,»
