«La entrada principal está en remodelación la limpieza de la habitación no es tan buena , éramos 4 en la habitación y solo nos dejaron 2 toallas»

«One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!»

«The bed smelled like urine. Instead of getting us a new room the front desk just sprayed the bed with a deodorizer and gave us extra blankets. I spent the night sleeping on the floor. I was told the GM would call and talk to me but I have not received a phone call. I will be calling the corporate offices to make sure thet are aware that a property is failing to meet expectations and making guest stay in rooms that are unsafe health wise.»

«The staff was WONDERFUL from the moment I checked in til the moment I checked out! The front desk staff was kind, pleasant, and courteous! The breakfast staff and housekeeping were a delight! Sofia heads up the breakfast service and she was amazing. She even made my kids turkey sausage one morning as they don’t eat pork. They conversed with us every day, always smiling and very helpful! They kept everything clean and someone was always cleaning something every time we were in the hallways! ...

«We had a terrible stay (after other fine stays) at this hotel recently. First, we weren’t able to check in until 5 pm. They “forgot” to text us that our room was ready after sitting in the bar for two hours. We only checked in because we went back to the front desk to inquire. Then, upon check in, our room smelled so strong of smoke that our eyes burned. We let the front desk know and the solution initially offered was to send a housekeeper to spray a strong smelling spray all over our room ...
