«Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation ...

«I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me.»

«The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was very slow, one person. No telephone service in the room. No iron in the room, had to walk to office to request, then wait 20-30 minutes for it. A $100.00 deposit is required however, no mention of that when booking. (If paid in cash, it's refundable on check-out, if by cc, 3-7 days before removing from cc. The room "inspected" as you are checking out, literally. One of our guest damaged the bed cover, she had to pay $50 immediately or the amount ...

«Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting.»

«I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc»

«We found hair on the "clean" towels, the elevators were all broken and the pool wasn't clean enough to swim in. The only positive was the front desk workers were very nice and apologetic for everything which was out of their capabilities. Not worth money.»
