«Place was great and would stay here again. Didn't realise it didn't have a dishwasher though lol. Place was freezing when we arrived so crancked the split system up and needed oil heaters in bedrooms which sorted the chill out. Will stay here again for sure.»

«We really loved our stay, it suited my family of burley adults perfectly. Would have loved the double bed to be a queen, a 6”3 young man in a double is pretty funny to see. The outlook was perfect, having access to the garage was also fantastic for a car a two motorbikes. The kitchen was well stocked but the stove and pots and pans were all greasy, had to try and clean before using. «I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked.On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why. «We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. «Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids.»

«We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.»
