«The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. «The room was small, but comfortable. It was noisy outside early in the evening but quieter later on. The person at the reception desk seemed a little impatient and not very friendly. Parking was not inexpensive and the parking spots in the garage were spaced very close together. The open central area was spacious and comfortable. Overall this was an OK experience but I might look somewhere else the next time I stay in the area.»

«Staff was incredible. Not just above average! Engaging!!! Breakfast was better than average but could be improved by making the warm items warmer. Easy to remedy. Bar Staff. Could have been the timing. But we felt ignored and found another venue.»

«Convenient if you are headed to the Capitol. It's not too far and not so close that the prices are sky high. There is a lovely restaurant connected to this place that unfortunately time did not allow me to try but I will the next time. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and served it purpose. My trip was a quick one day meeting, go back to the airport and go home so I didn't get to really enjoy the hotel as much I wish I could have. Overall, would I stay here ...

«Overall, the hotel itself was as expected, but the service experience fell short. Upon arriving to check in, there was no one at the front desk and I waited approximately 5–10 minutes for a staff member to arrive. When assistance was provided, there was no greeting or welcoming interaction, and the overall experience lacked the level of customer service I would expect. The staff gave the impression that they were disengaged and did not want to be there, which negatively impacted the stay.”»

«The employees were friendly and very accommodating. Mariah was an awesome bartender and her co-worker, whose name we did not get was great. We bantered back and forth about the Mariners vs Athletic’s and we left a hat for him that we got from the game. By the way- we WON and I got a foul ball!!!»

«Parking was a problem, we can't understand why we are charged for parking and when you try to park no parking available. IT is an inconvenience. Hopefully the can fix this issue. Otherwise everything was great.»
