I cannot recommend this property based on my stay beginning April 26 (arrival at approximately 12:59 PM).
Upon entering my initial room, I encountered unsanitary conditions, including a wet carpet around the bed, visible hair in and around the bathtub, and hair on multiple towels. Due to these conditions, I was required to move rooms.
I was then moved to another room that was not fully prepared and missing items, and then moved again after being told the room had been cleaned. However, the room still was not properly sanitized, including the bathroom and soap dishes, and I had to clean portions of the room myself in order to use it.
During these repeated room changes, I was not provided assistance with my belongings, despite being told help would be available. As a disabled guest who was assigned a handicap-accessible room, this lack of support is concerning and unacceptable.
Due to these issues, I was operating on approximately four hours of sleep and still had to attend work-related meetings. The physical strain from moving between rooms and cleaning the space myself contributed to a decline in my condition, and I ultimately had to seek medical care during my trip.
Additionally, during breakfast service, the plates provided were visibly dirty. When this was brought to staff’s attention, I was told they had come directly from the dishwasher, yet they were clearly not clean. Due to sanitation concerns, I was unable to eat.
