«I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early ...

«Love this place it’s a great place to stay location of fantastic , near my daughter’s apartment. There is a walking trail close by and lots of restaurants. Staff is always great and the property is well maintained, there are views of the mountains, and the barista always remembers my drink order , she is great !»

«We love staying here!! The fitness center is large and has many cardio machines, weights and a few machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son loves the indoor/outdoor pool so I booked the first week of June for 3 days. The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance the first week of summer so he didn’t get to sw at all. If I would have know this I would have just chosen another hotel.»

«Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a ...

«Pros: The staff were all friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The location was nice and quiet. Cons: The breakfast looked very unappetizing. They did have yogurt,so that saved the day. The picnic table in the back needs to maybe be replaced. That was the only outdoor area for gathering. We didn’t use the pool area. There was a small pool and hot tub. Overall, it was decent for what we paid.»

«First off, the room we booked, a 2 bedroom suite was not available even though I booked it months before the trip. Ended up getting 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Rooms were clean, the lady at check in was a bit overwhelmed, was a bit stressed over our room being given away. Breakfast was okay. It was nice having the full kitchen since my daughter had to wash bottles and her pumping equipment.»
