«We enjoyed our stay at Het Cathaus The place was centrally located close to Wilhhemstad for the nightlife and accessible to beaches in the north (about 45 minutes) and to the south as well (about 20 minutes). The grounds are very nice with a new BBQ, great pool and gardens to sit and enjoy. We were a bit disappointed with the loud construction going on in the house immediately next door overlooking the pool. «We hebben een super tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf hier. De ligging van het huis is ideaal. Met een auto ben je binnen no-time op alle locaties waar het te doen is. Het zwembad aan huis is natuurlijk ook een heerlijke verziening. Peter was ook super gastvriendelijk en wanneer er iets was dan was hij goed bereikbaar! Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven wanneer je naar Curacao gaat»

«Een fijn huis met echt alle gemakken voorzien, het is net thuiskomen. Ook met kinderen is het prima te doen. Er is voldoende ruimte. En fijn dat we een auto erbij konden huren. Contact met de eigenaren is ook super. Ze zijn super aardig, behulpzaam en totaal niet de moeilijkste. Al bij al echt top, zeker aan te raden.»

We had a small issue during our stay that was immediately address by the property managers and owner. I was a bit worried that the location might be a bit far away from everything but it was honestly perfect. Quiet gated neighborhood, 20 min to downtown and 30-45 to the beaches out west. Would recommend without hesitation.»

«We loved staying here overall. Great house, great pool, great location, great views! A few negatives, dogs barking at dawn and twilight. Not just a dog but all of the dogs at once. Also electric and water are extra if you use more than $50 worth. You think way more about your electric and water use than you should on vacation. We really liked being able to go to Tug Boat Beach in 10 minutes. Best snorkeling we found on the island. A great base for exploring.»

«Clean house with airconditioning in the 2 bedrooms. The patio behind the house is fully covered by a roof, giving lots of shade. Good equipped kitchen and we made good use of the small barbecue. We loved sitting outside for breakfast and dinner. About 20 minutes walk from a small public beach and 15 minutes to the supermarket. With rented bikes (for 3 days) and a car (for 2 days), this was a great starting point to explore the island.»

«Great place for 4 buddies to each have our own rooms for a week of shore diving and enjoying some of the best restaurants on the island. A short walk to the pool, a short walk to Mambo beach and shopping. Very short drive to some good restaurants (BKLYN, Sal, Baoase). Air conditioners in the bedrooms, washer/dryer for beach items. Large patio upstairs with ocean views for hanging out post-dive... a very quiet retreat with easy access to everything we wanted.»

«From start to finish, everything was great. We had issues with our flights and reached out to let the hosts know we were delayed. They were generous in making sure that they'd be available by the time we finally got in and checked in periodically while we were there to make sure we were okay.
