«Nice hotel near Nyali Beach. Very nice and service minded people, especially the guy working evenings and nights in the restaurant. The rooms needs some improvements. There was a moldy smell and some spots in the roof. Breakfast was just ok. We had dinner there one evening, which was very good. Pool area is very nice. »

«Very much they passed all our expectations in every thing, breafast and the restaurant for dinner time, clean room, very friendly staff. Thank you, Ahmed»

«Clean rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is a nice place to visit»

«Would reccommend.»

«Kind staff, room service available. Difficult to access, especially with flooding, means walking across wooden planks to get there. WiFi very intermittent and slow.»

«Thank you duncun for being a great host»

«Stay away from this property - it seems to be a scam! »

«This was the worse experience I have ever had! We checked in on Saturday. Shortly after a few hours, where I discovered there was no hot water and one of the ACs were broken, we lost complete power. After 2 hours of the host asking us to wait in the dark, I decided to leave and check into another hotel. The whole time I was in the dark, the host kept reassuring me, the power would come back on. After leaving the place, the owner refused to give me refund claiming he did not know I left, when I ...

«Booked and paid through expedia, made 9 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment was double booked...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area..»
