«Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again.»

«The hotel is old and need upgrade. The location and the breakfast was good. Frontdesk was pleasant. It was lots of opportunites to sit and relax. In our room the floor was very crooked, and it was lots of noise from det fan in the bathroom. The room was clean. Exept det little balcony outside with dirty floor and sigaretts.»

«I enjoyed the location and the theme. When at the lodge no strip noise. It was peaceful. The room was perfectly themed. Loved the fire place and the reading chair. Only hiccup was the broken elevator and carrying luggage to the 3rd floor. If not for that would have been excellent rating all around. Love it would definitely stay again.»

«We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating.
