I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your Embassy Suites location in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into an upsetting and unacceptable experience.
During my stay, personal items went missing from my room. This is a serious breach of trust and security, and it left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of receiving support or concern, I felt dismissed.
The combination of missing belongings and poor customer service made my entire stay stressful and disheartening. This is far below the standard I expect from your brand.
I am requesting a full investigation into the missing items, accountability for the unprofessional behavior I encountered, and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience this situation caused.
I look forward to a prompt response and resolution.
