Luksushoteller i White Plains

«We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but we were a bit disappointed with the use of disposable cutlery and plates. For a hotel in this price range, we expected more sustainable solutions. It would be great if they could use reusable alternatives to reduce waste and be more environmentally friendly. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.»

«Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.»

«WiFi seemingly only available if becoming honors member. Large room »

«This is like my tenth time visiting this hotel. I often visit here when I need somewhere to unwind. Each time feels better than the first time. My teenage daughter loves to hang out here, with me and her best friend . There are plenty of stores, restaurants and a movie theater. It is safe so they shop and hang out. “Hyatt we say”!!!!»

«I had a pretty good stay. Staff were pleasant and inviting. My room was clean and it was especially nice seeing the housekeepers there at different times during the day and evening prepping and cleaning rooms. Bed was confortable. Traveling with just myself and my fur baby I felt safe in the area. It was especially nice having a trail right behind the hotel that ran along the highway. We probably spent most of stay just taking that beautiful walk day to day. Somehow, I always missed breakfast so ...

«Awesome place»

«There are only 3 pillows on each bed and they are half the size of a regular twin pillow. Also there are only three towels in the room while it was reserved for 4 people.»

«Ålreit og serviceinnstilt hotell, hvor de la godt til rette for oppholdet.»

«It was quite and nice weekend trip.»

«The beds are super comfortable and the shades made the room dark at night hence we had amazing sleeps. Although we do bring our own pillows :) We didn’t use any amenities except I hung out in the lobby two mornings in a row. It was a little chilly every time someone went in or out but quite comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel and there were so many little/medium sized dogs wandering around with their owners (always on leash) it was such a joy.»

«Everything was great the team us amazing»

«Had a great stay while on vacation with family! Hotel is perfect for the NYC area if you are traveling by car. The hotel is nice, spacious and quiet. Rooms have a good standard and the breakfast buffet is ok. I do wish the pool opening hours were longer (only open in the afternoon, while we were out exploring). All in all a nice stay!»

«God plass på rommet. Supert baderom med dispenser for sjampo, balsam, dusjsepe og body-lotion! Gode senger og et lite kjøleskap, mikro og kaffemaskin på rommet. Manglet glass, kopper og skje til å røre med.»

«If you don’t mind no frills, bare necessities then this is the place for you. Rooms are very clean, bed linens very clean, beds are comfortable. Furniture placement, meh. We were in the room with double beds and 1 bed was 5 inches from the wall which made it difficult to get in and out. DIY renovation in the bathroom, there was no thought to putting a place to put your soap while showering. Old metal office chair. Continental breakfast from 6 to 10 am. Any requests for service is handled ...
