By evening, fires glow indoors, the air crisp outside, and the rhythm of a winter day in Whistler settles in around you.
Set high above the valley floor in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home offers a peaceful alpine setting with seasonal ski-in ski-out access. Surrounded by forest and mountain scenery, the house balances a sense of seclusion with easy connections to the slopes and village below. Whistler Village is a short drive away, while the private neighborhood gondola links you to Creekside in just minutes.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites feature king beds, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with deep soaker tubs and glass-enclosed showers. The remaining bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV. A seventh bedroom is arranged with a single bed and crib, along with an ensuite bathroom offering a step-in shower and bathtub combination. Each room provides a quiet place to rest after long days on the mountain.
Living areas
The main living level is designed for gathering and unwinding. A spacious lounge centers around an indoor fireplace, with comfortable seating and expansive windows that bring the winter landscape indoors. Nearby, the dining table seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for shared meals, with ample counter space and an easy flow into the dining area.
Entertainment and recreation
Evenings lend themselves to slower moments indoors. A dedicated media room features a TV, fireplace, and table tennis table for relaxed entertainment. For those who like to stay active, the on-site gym offers space for workouts between ski days or cold-weather walks.
Outdoor spaces
The lower deck is home to a hot tub, offering a warm contrast to cool mountain air. An outdoor firepit creates a natural gathering point in the evenings, while the surrounding trees maintain a sense of privacy. Upper decks extend the living space outdoors, even in winter, with views across the valley and surrounding peaks.
Neighborhood
Kadenwood is perched roughly 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, known for its quiet setting and private gondola access. Ski-out access is located approximately 200 meters from the home, with trails connecting to Whistler Mountain. Ski-in ski-out access is seasonal and dependent on weather and snowfall, typically available from late December through March.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
