«Upon arrival my husband said “Wow , we are staying here. This is beautiful.” We got of our truck and heard a dog barking inside the front of the house. I was worried we were at the wrong house. We walked toward the front back portion of the and the door was open snd we walked in. This was the cottage that was in the VRBO picture and there was a binder on the table with all information needed for the area. The home is so clean and welcoming. We were traveling with our 2 golden retrievers ...

«We had a fantastic stay at Little Fin Cottage—everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect—close to the beach and great restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole space felt cozy but updated. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the little touches made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.»

«The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. »
