«We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was a perfect size for the 2 of us visiting New England. Ours hosts were very helpful. Its location is very close to Wickford's Historic District where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It is very peaceful and quiet. The beach, which is a short drive away, is a perfect spot to sit on a bench and take in a great veiw. I would highly recommend this place.»

«We loved Joan's cottage. It was clean, well-equipped, and close to Newport and Middletown beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. We appreciated the Keurig with coffee pods, and bottles of water in the fridge. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, and shower had good water pressure. Joan showed us the space, explained everything we needed to know, and was a great host in general.
