Castle View is situated directly off the road up to the magnificent Westbury White Horse, where unparalleled views of Wiltshire can be enjoyed. The perfect location for family picnics or watching Hang Gliders or enjoying fabulous walks just on the edge of Salisbury Plain.
The Space
This lovely 2 bedroom end of Terrace family home offers comfortable accommodation, tastefully decorated, providing all modern amenities and more besides.
On arrival park your car easily in the large off road parking area. The house benefits from an entrance porch for storing pushchairs and muddy boots! With a further fully lockable front door into the property for your added security & to keep little ones contained.
Into the hallway with kitchen and stairs leading to the first floor and on into the spacious lounge/diner.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all electrical appliances and a washing machine for your use if required.
The recently decorated lounge with wall mounted TV, opens out into a lovely space with the wall benefiting from fabulous large bio fold doors that, on sunny days can be opened up to enjoy the private patio area and outdoor space, complete with a picnic table perfect for Al Fresco dining or a glass of something refreshing.
Upstairs are 2 Guest bedrooms. The Master bedroom has storage & comes with a King size bed and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds & Wall Mounted TV. There is a lovely, recently renovated bathroom with pedestal bath with a shower over, WC, wash hand basin & heated towel rail.
The property is heated with electric radiators which are individually
thermostatically controlled for comfort in every room.
The plug sockets also benefit from USB chargers for your added convenience just remember your cables!
We can also provide a high chair and travel cot if required, at time of booking.
The entire house is yours to enjoy.
In the secure, private garden there is a large garden pond stocked with Koi & other fish. There is fencing and a gate beyond the patio & smaller lawned area, for our guests safety and we would ask that you ensure small children are accompanied at all times if you decide to use the large lawned area beyond the gate near the pond.
The property is an end of terrace with a 6 ft fence around the large sunny garden and on the other side of the fence is a large grassy bank high up from the B3098, Bratton Road below, so there is no disturbance from the road.

Westbury is marvellously located to enjoy so much on the doorstep. The Town has a main railway providing quick, easy and stress free transport directly into the heart of Bath, Bristol, Salisbury, London & beyond.
Westbury has a good selection of pubs and restaurants & takeaways.
The View is a popular venue with bars, nightlife, restaurant and golf course.
The Horse & Groom Pub is a short walk down the hill into town and does good pub food & Sunday Lunch
There are 2 swimming pools in the town
Leighton Recreation Sports Centre as well as other gyms and fitness clubs.
The town centre has 2 chemists and 3 large supermarkets which are within walking distance of Castle View.
There is a pottery literally just at the end of the Garden, where you can purchase some lovely hand made items.
The UK's No 1 Safari Park, Longleat House & Safari Park is a splendid day out for visitors of all ages and a mere 17 minutes drive away.
You can also enjoy a day at the Aqua Sana Spa Day at Centre Parcs widely regarded as the UK's best Spa
Stonehenge is very accessible in about 30 mins with the fabulous historic city of Salisbury with it's magnificent Cathedral & Spire just a short drive beyond.
Bath, with its beautiful Georgian Architecture, world famous Royal Crescent, Roman Bath & Pump Rooms, Bath Abbey, Jane Austin connections & Bath Thermae Spa with it's roof top pool.
