«Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could ...

«Stunning location beautiful house Although we had a fantastic week all of our was not good as wooden beds creak way too much. Mattresses were comfortable .Divans would be a better option.only thing missing was oven gloves in the kitchen Everything ekse great»

«Stunning house, perfect for our group of 9 adults Amazing TV in lounge Great having so many bathrooms! If you like walking as we do, the walk to Sandown is highly recommended. House was quite warm would have been good to be able to control temperature other than by opening windows. Location good and bad. Bad when walking after dark but can’t really improve this. Good as nice and quiet.»
