«The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow ...

«This home was perfect for our group of 14. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchen and spent quite a bit of time hanging out in the common areas. Lee was super responsive in his communication, both before and during our stay. I've of the best vacuum home experience I've had. »

«The bedrooms were all a very good size for 8 people to stay. The lounge and kitchen were a touch on the small size for 8 people all at once. Good location for shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. Only bad point was at the weekend it was very noisy outside as next door to a pub. Which is fine if you are in the pub, wouldn’t be great for young children to get to sleep. Host was very responsive to answer all our questions. Would recommend staying here.»
