«Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. «I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and hosts. The home is so well appointed, down to the silverware. Every detail is rich and inviting. Please ask for the breakfast. If the weather is beautiful you can ask for breakfast in the garden. Fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, and home made warm from the oven croissants and chocolate croissants. For a very reasonable price. «Lovely clean modern house, although it’s sleeps six it’s really only comfortable for four, the seating downstairs is not adequate for six but comfortable for four, the house is very reasonably priced and good location, could use a towel rail or ring in the downstairs cloakroom and would benefit from toilet roll holder, easy check in and check out.»

«The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs.
