«Lovely little guest house, shower and toilet in the room not a seperate bathroom. Light breakfast available but unfortunately 2 out of four mornings there was no milk left for cereal and a drink. Lovely pup very near with great food »

«Karina was an amazing host. Very communicative and explained everything well. Open to suggestions to make things even better. House is in a perfect location and we had no issues parking. Short walk to pier, shops, coastal walks and a lovely pub at the end of the road. The house is clean, warm and plenty of space for a family. Comfy beds, big TV, quiet. «The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there. «It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area »
