«The K- cup coffee machine did not work. The condo smelled like urine. The couch was the source of the smell. We had trouble getting TV to work. The condo could have been cleaner but I think the smell was the worse. We got reported for noise and the person also called police. We found out it was the tenant under us that had also reported other renters. I have stayed at Maravilla but not gone through stay porter (Vurbo) . I will make sure I don’t use this property management again. »

«This is one of our favorite stays so far, it was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed the night before our cruise, Devon offered free parking while we were on our cruise and even a ride to/from the terminal by Mr Tony who was so kind and helpful! You can’t beat that!! «We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. We stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend staying here due to the location; it's so near to the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.Pros: King size bed, a full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, washer & dryer, a pull out sofa. 2 pools on the property with a hot tub. «We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and Father’s Day. The location was great! View was beautiful. The property could definitely use some clean up and repair! Only one operating elevator.
