«Great property. Well equipped, even had some bug spray, in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas and everything you could need for the kitchen. Beds were comfy. I do wish there were fans on the porch, but everything else was perfect.»

«We had an amazing view from the villa and Mindy met us at the dock and helped with our baggage. There was supposed to be a crib for my granddaughter but Mindy was able to get a pack n play which worked out well. Sugarcane Restaurant was just a short walk away with good food and we enjoyed every minute especially the private pool and beach.»

«We got into Tortolla a day before hopping on our Catamaran trip, and stayed the night. There were 6 of us. Roger was so quick to answer any questions and offer advice… very accommodating! He arranged driver to pick us up at the airport, stop at a grocery and bring us to the place, who then was able to take us out to dinner later that evening. «Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming.»
