Owner and property manager were very available, responsive and helpful which was appreciated when small issues or questions arose. Guests should be aware that the condition of roads can be a challenge, so when renting a vehicle, you will definitely need a 4 wheel drive. »

«The property is VERY nice. Spacious rooms, beautiful view of the Caribbean. The host is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a surprise was the very steep and narrow driveway to get down to the property. That, and the rooster that crowed at VERY early hours of the morning! Make sure to close the windows at night, to keep the noise down!!»

«We had a group of 10 adult friends. Everything about Sunset House was great. The staff treats you like you own the place. Meals are as good as anything on the island and more affordable (if that matters to you). Carmin the house manager is incredible to work with. Location is beautiful, but be advised, the hills on either side of the home are STEEP. If you are not athletic, you will struggle walking them to the beaches in either direction. «The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time.»
