«Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming.»

«We just got back from JVD and stayed with Nigel and Karen at their beautiful OceanView Villa. We stayed in the new 1 bedroom Suites overlooking Great Harbour.The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. «We had a wonderful visit. Beautiful setting right on the beach, terrific house with wonderful decks and views, very well equipped. Owner and property manager were very available, responsive and helpful which was appreciated when small issues or questions arose. Guests should be aware that the condition of roads can be a challenge, so when renting a vehicle, you will definitely need a 4 wheel drive. »

«We had a group of 10 adult friends. Everything about Sunset House was great. The staff treats you like you own the place. Meals are as good as anything on the island and more affordable (if that matters to you). Carmin the house manager is incredible to work with. Location is beautiful, but be advised, the hills on either side of the home are STEEP. If you are not athletic, you will struggle walking them to the beaches in either direction. «Very clean, amazing views, great host. Nice touches of furnishings, so many options for comfortable seating outside. We appreciated the water and ice dispenser in the fridge, Sonos speakers and ceiling fans. Could not have been better. »

«The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time.»

«We stayed here after a week-long sailing trip and it was the ideal house for the transition back to life on land. It's light and bright with gorgeous views of the sea.
