«Great space for 4 couples, bedroom air conditioning was welcomed both for cooling and dulling the rooster noise :-). Close to the airport. Great view, coffee and drinks on the balcony was perfect. Things to note - no toiletries provided, washer/dryer work but very long cycles so plan accordingly. House sits on top of a very steep hill providing great views but not great for walking, used a driver for every outing making it less convenient than being in town. »

«The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time.»

«We had a group of 10 adult friends. Everything about Sunset House was great. The staff treats you like you own the place. Meals are as good as anything on the island and more affordable (if that matters to you). Carmin the house manager is incredible to work with. We stayed in the new 1 bedroom Suites overlooking Great Harbour.The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. «Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming.»

«The property was amazing in every way! We loved our stay. We had 2 adults and 2 children ages 11 and 8 and we all had plenty of room and the views are breathtaking. Its best to rent a jeep if possible because the road to the house is steep in parts. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was awesome!
