The soft sandy beach (1.5 miles) with colourful beach huts and a backdrop of woodland pines is ideal for making sandcastles, participating in water sports, eating ice cream, and enjoying fresh local seafood.

This delightful former sweet shop set over two floors will impress you from the moment you walk through the door. There are many charming original features, including exposed ceiling beams, and these have been combined effortlessly with a coastal theme and stylish contemporary decor and furnishings. On the ground floor is a bright open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of natural light. The traditional seaside town of Cromer, with a Victorian pier, is 20 miles away.
