«We adored our stay at Owl Cottage. The accommodation itself was lovely and clean, the decor was great and it had fab provisions for a four-night stay. The main draw for us with younger kids was the outside playground, pool and games room and these really didn’t disappoint. As we had a mid-week stay, we didn’t have any issues sharing these with the other cottages. The bbq was fun, and we really lucked out with the weather. The only tiny thing we’d suggest is providing some fly spray / fly tape ...

«Our 14th stay (I think, may have lost count) at Cranmer in Coot. Once again the standard of cleanliness is first class and despite some issues which were doggedly overcome by Jen and Becci during our stay (thank you ladies), we had a wonedrful time. The addtion of a hot tub was a very welcome surprise and is delightful. Yes we will be back once again, already booked for Septmber 26.»

«This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.»

«We enjoyed our stay at Eco Barn. The hot tub and gas bbq were excellent. The tennis courts, swimming pool and games room were great but the booking system for the swimming pool was poor. The pool was often empty when we might have liked to use it. When you are on holiday you don’t want your time to be regimented. It would have been very helpful to have more crockery, cutlery etc in Garden house so it didn’t have to be carried through from Avocet. There was a real problem with the number ...

«We had a short break in this lovely cottage. The area is very near several places of interest and beaches e.g. trip to see the seals, Sandringham and several lovely little towns like Burnham Market, where we had a lovely meal in No. Twenty9 bar and restaurant. The staff at Cranmer Country Cottages were always helpful and the swimming pool lovely. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed spending time in the Playroom.»

«Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night ...
