«The area was good and we enjoyed our time however, there was not enough supplies (silverware, cleaning supplies, dining) so we had to buy our own to use while there. The house was very cold when we arrived and would get very warm during the evening when it did warm up. »

«The house is cute with nice details. The location is very good - near many things including University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital. The kitchen & downstairs bathrooms were clean. The living room had a nice TV and comfortable furniture. However, the house is not being maintained as it should be - on arrival there was a wet washcloth and an obviously dirty, stained towel in the upstairs bathroom. The shower curtain was hanging off the rod because there are not enough hooks to hold ...
