«Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes. Great home for the price.»

«House had plenty of room for four of us. Extra large bedroom space on second floor along with first floor bedroom. Very clean. Very quiet with dirt road off main road down to the house by the pond. Close enough to Portland, Freeport, and Lewiston to provide options for things tp do. Weather was on the rainy side during our weekend stay but still had an enjoyable relaxing weekend. Hosts Paul and Kevin made arrival and departue easy. Great communication.»

«We attended my niece wedding ay Kings Hill Inn and stayed at this home in Sumner Maine. We were 15 minutes from the venue. Our rental was perfect! Well stocked. We had everything you could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!!»

«This house was the perfect location to stay for Bates College graduation weekend. The location is close to everything; the setting is perfect; the amenities listed were all at the house. Check-in and Check-out were simple. The request to consolidate garbage in big bags was easy, as there were plenty of the larger size and we were able to put all our garbage in 2 bags. Plenty of parking (we were a family of 8 traveling from different states and easily fit 4 vehicles in the allotted space. I would ...

«We truly enjoyed the overwhelming peace and quiet on Wilson Pond. And the gorgeous view!!! Access to the 2 kayaks and x-large canoe was huge benefit and that you can access another nearby lake/Dexter Pond that has awesome beauty was special. The layout of the home is very comfortable and easy. Great kitchen! We loved the garden like/in-the-woods feel to the surrounding landscape.Very special.»

«Was in the area on business for 2 weeks. House was a lot nicer to come to after meetings than a hotel room. Lots of room in the house, Roku TV's in the 3 bedrooms and main living room. Nice outdoor space and all season room. Beds were comfy. Pillows could have been better. Very thin in my opinion. The back bedroom was good, the front bedroom has some challenges. The curtains / blinds do not keep light out at all, and it's on a fairly busy street so you hear traffic early. Overall it worked for ...
