This is a modern updated ground floor apartment fully outfitted for relaxing stay or for rest and recuperation from busy days working or playing.
- Full kitchen,2 BR, 1 bath. Each BR has queen beds with new memory foam mattresses, and living room has sofa sleeper(Full size hide-a-bed). Apartment sleeps 5-6.
- Breakfast nook off kitchen. Enjoy relaxing views of Rib Mountain off in the distance while sipping morning coffee or working remotely.
- Bathroom has shower (no bathtub).
- Full amenities, including but not limited to: two coffee brewers- regular pot and Keurig K-Express, coffee and tea provided, full kitchenware and basic cooking supplies, iron/ironing board, cordless Shark floor vacuum, basic cleaning supplies, filtered water from refrigerator, Brita water filter pitcher, electric fireplace.

- Washer and dryer in apartment, detergent and fabric softener dryer sheets provided.
-RV or camper parking is available on site. There are NO HOOKUPS, but ample parking for up to 2 RVs or campers.
-The surroundings: The city skyskape sits on one side, the private parking lot to the front, and a small wooded area (belonging to the property) on the other side and the rear of the house.

Guests have the entire first floor apartment, with private parking in ample parking lot in front of the front door.
Host does not live onsite.
This apartment is the 1st floor apartment, with a long-term resident in the 2nd floor apartment of this house (2nd floor resident has separate parking and separate entrance in the back of the building- on the opposite side of building from guest parking and entrance.
