When asked by app what time we wiukd be there we said 3pm however due to weather we didnt arrive untill 7pm. They had one person at the check-in and had to wait in a 25 to 30 min line to find out our room was not ready. They said the room we where assind wasnt ready but another room was clean thag was the same was clean. Could tell the room they put us in may have been unused for some time. Comb webs in corner of room, main door was coming off hindge causing it not to close unles you pulled or pushed on it really hard. Also the charged an addtional $40 for addtuonal peaple for the room and we only had 4 total. Figured it was due to the extensive pool area they show on the pictures however the nothing in the pictures was there. Only a smaller pool and one hot tub that took up abiut 1/4 of the space shown in the pictures. Staff was politely and over the property was clean.
