«We stayed for one night. It was very clean inside. The outside lacked attention with thick dirt on the windows, mildew on awnings, and some inappropriate things written on the thick dirt on the windows that our kids pointed out. Spiderwebs on the doorframe were not welcoming. Location was unimpressive- not unsafe, not desirable. Inside was very cute, set up like a diner, first floor apt. Housekeeping was easy to reach, beds very comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the overpowering ...

«Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. «We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. «Lee was a great host offering to go above and beyond. The space is amazing to look at and comfortable to stay in. The only downfall is the parking situation and may not be in the absolute safest part of town but close to palace theater and we just ubered once we found parking. Obviously this isn’t an issue Lee can fist so it did not affect my review »
