The Space:
Welcome to your new thoughtfully designed four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home.

Kitchen: Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a family feast, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, and dishwasher, has everything you need to make meals feel like home.

Living Room: Sink into the cozy, stylish living room where plush seating, a smart TV, and, modern decor invite you to relax, connect, and unwind after a day of adventure.

Bedrooms: Rest easy in the spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the additional three rooms with queen beds and double bed offer peaceful retreats for everyone in your group.

Bathrooms: With three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, there's plenty of space for everyone to refresh and recharge without the wait.

Family Friendly: Thoughtfully stocked for families, the home includes toys, books, a high chair, stroller, kids’ utensils, a pack ’n play, and even an air mattress, so little ones feel just as welcome as grown-ups.

English Basement: Ideal for quiet focus or a little extra privacy, the one bedroom, one bath in-law suite features a full kitchen, its own laundry, and a private entrance, perfect for mixing work and play.

Backyard: Enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard, an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening BBQs, or letting the kids play freely. With ample seating, grill, tables, and a playset, his outdoor space offers a rare blend of relaxation and city charm.

Guest Access:
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a perfect location. One block from the Potomac Ave Metro (orange/blue line). Walkable to the national Mall, Eastern Market, H street NE, and the Navy Yard. The neighborhood is quiet tree lined area perfect for strolling and exploring. The area offers fantastic restaurants with in a 7 block radius, two grocery stores within 5 blocks, access to National's Stadium. Beautiful walking trails along the water are less than 4 blocks away.

Getting Around:
This area is highly walkable and well-served by public transportation. You can easily explore nearby areas like Eastern Market and Barracks Row on foot for restaurants, shops, and local markets. For public transit, the Potomac Avenue Metro Station (Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) is the closest, offering quick access to other parts of the city. Biking is also a popular option with dedicated bike lanes and Capital Bikeshare stations nearby. If you prefer driving, street parking is available, though it can be limited during peak times. There is a bike share station next to the metro stop. The bikes are available for $7 a day. Its a perfect way to explore our city.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Fireplace (If Applicable)
The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
