«Wonderful property! Had everything we needed and gave detailed instruction and guidelines. We thoroughly enjoyed the property’s backyard and easy to use Charcoal Grill for my group. We come to College Station yearly and this was top tier property for us and what we have experienced.»

«We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way. »

«Great place to stay! Close to downtown and on a quiet street! Hosts are wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay here again!»

«Great location, nicely updated home.»

«We had a lovely time at this home. We enjoyed nature and the lovely walk to the pond. Our host went over and above to make sure her quest had everything you might want or need like a basket of snacks, breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes, and Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer. She had decorated the home for the Forth of July. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.»

«Nathan was an excellent host and we had an amazing stay! The location is great! This house has everything you possibly need and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. We will stay here again if we even have another opportunity to!»

«The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!»

«I loved that we each had our own bathroom!»

«I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome....»

«Nice!»

«The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was an easy process. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. Both restrooms were dirty. There were ants and spiders throughout the property. A foul odor from the kitchen sink spread throughout the kitchen when we would turn on the faucet. There was also open old meat left in the freezer. Hopefully this review will help future tenants have a better experience when booking this property.»
