The Space:

The elegant two-bedroom flat has an area of 46 metres and will happily accommodate 6 people. It still consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Fashionable accessories and furnishings incorporating wooden elements add to the flat's charm and homely atmosphere. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a desk and storage space. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. The Neighborhood:

This unique flat is located in Warsaw at Żółkiewskiego Street. It is an excellent location in the Praga-Południe district, somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the vicinity of the flat there are numerous recreational areas, service points and shops, the nearest of which is Żabka and is only 500 metres away. The surrounding area offers many cafés and restaurants, so each of our guests will find something ideal for themselves. The closest restaurants are Szembeka (400 m) and Saodo Asian Food (400 m). This part of the city is very well connected with its other districts, you can easily reach Warsaw's most important attractions by public transport. The nearest tram stop is only 180 metres from the building. It will take about 30 minutes to get to the Palace of Culture and Science by public transport and about 19 minutes by car. At a distance of 1 kilometre from the flat there is the Olszynka Grochowska Nature Reserve. It is an ideal place to relax and take a walk surrounded by nature. You can relax here after an eventful day in the capital. The nearest railway station Olszynka Grochowska is located 1 kilometre from the building, which will be an undoubted advantage for those travelling by train. The nearest shopping centre King Cross Praga is located 1.6 km from the flat, here you can make the necessary purchases during your stay.
