The apartment is located on the convenient ground floor of a modern building, ensuring easy access without needing to climb stairs. The heart of the apartment is a sunny living room connected to a kitchenette, featuring a comfortable sofa bed (ideal for two people) and a 50-inch Smart TV. It's the perfect space for spending time together. A separate, cozy bedroom guarantees privacy and is also equipped with a sofa bed and a desk, which can serve as a workspace if needed.



The fully equipped, bright kitchenette encourages self-catering. It has everything you need: an induction hob, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. Shared meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
