Andersa Charming Studio is located in the very center of Warsaw, in one of the city’s most prestigious districts — Śródmieście. Near the apartment, guests will find the Krasiński Garden, a popular place for walks, jogging, and picnics. The park also features a playground for children, making it a perfect place to relax, enjoy a family walk, or unwind surrounded by greenery and beautiful historic architecture.

Less than a 10-minute walk away is the Old Town Market Square with the Royal Castle, where guests can find restaurants serving cuisine from around the world, numerous cafés, and various service points. Within 1 kilometer of the apartment, guests can also visit the Multimedia Fountain Park, as well as the Vistula River and boulevards — ideal places for evening walks.

The location is perfect for theatre lovers, with the Kamienica Theatre, Capitol Theatre, and the Grand Theatre – National Opera all nearby. The area also offers numerous museums and tourist attractions, including the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, the Pawiak Prison Museum, and the Museum of Independence.

The neighborhood is full of shops, service points, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment venues. The location allows for convenient travel around the city thanks to numerous nearby bus and tram stops (Muranowska, Franciszkańska, Konwiktorska, KS Polonia) as well as metro stations (Dworzec Gdański and Ratusz Arsenał).

Andersa Charming Studio features a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and kitchen accessories. Parking is available for guests, however spaces are not guaranteed and additional charges may apply.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

To ensure a good start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that they are provided in limited quantities and are intended mainly for the first days of your stay. To ensure full comfort for the following days, we recommend stocking up on additional supplies according to your needs.
