«We have a lovely time, 3 families spending time here. We had everything we needed, maybe a couple more knifes and some salt but otherwise it was perfect. The walks, garden and house were brilliant! We will be back»

«Lovely spacious cottage in a peaceful location but very accessible for Oxford and other areas. »

«Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. Opposite the church so had a musical alarm call from the bells on a Sunday norning which was novel & as expected for village ...

«Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. The beds were not luxurious (a basic folding metal frame), however, despite this they were surprisingly comfortable and I slept really well there. »

«Whilst the ManorHouse would sleep the number advertised, and certainly has enough crockery and cooking equipment to manage comfortably, we found the whole place to be cramped. Most bedrooms had one or more bed than was comfortable, there actually isn’t enough sofa space for everyone, and the dining table is difficult to use due to being so close to the wall, with no space to move it out. The kitchen, while well equipped, has very little work space and is not able to cope with more tham2 or 3 ...

«The house is a great layout although I feel that 2 TV's would be good for the downstairs living rather than having one in the master bedroom. We had a heating issue on arrival which meant the house was really cold and due to the type of heading ie underfloor it took a good 29 hours to warm the house up. So disappointing considering I had grandma with us who is 83 years old. The host did message but there was little she could do so we did feel somewhat let down we had to go out on Satuday as ...
