Settled peacefully within the picturesque stables at Roserrow, you are close to wonderful sandy beaches that are a surfers paradise and rolling rural landscapes idyllic for walking, beloved pooch in tow.

With its ‘upside down' layout, discover two king-size bedrooms on the first floor, both offering the opulence of en-suite shower rooms. The ground floor also houses a family games room with a pool table, the perfect entertainment, should you be kept inside by the weather.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll be welcomed by a delightful open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Open up the patio doors on a summer's day and allow fresh air and natural light to flood the space with ease. The kitchen area comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to rustle up delicious family dinners. Including an electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Enjoy dining as a family before settling in for the ultimate games night around the lovely dining table, which provides seating for up to six guests. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools for leisurely dining. The sitting area provides comfy sofas, a Smart Television and electric fire. You will also find the third bedroom on this floor, complete with two comfy single beds and the family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

From the first floor, you have direct access through the patio doors to the south-facing terrace and garden area. Alfresco moments are simply a delight here. Get lost in a holiday read while soaking up the Cornish rays or fire up the charcoal barbecue on a balmy summer's evening and make the most of every last drop of sunlight. Tevells warmly welcomes your four-legged friend to come along for the adventure, they will love exploring this wonderful area just as much as you will! The picturesque Polzeath beach is a lovely 20-minute walk on a public footpath surrounded by wildflowers and fields that goes through the lush valley across the golf course. Polzeath has several lively cafes, delicious seafood restaurants, beach boutiques, and surf shops. The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club is fantastic for a round of golf or just some well-needed time for rest and relaxation in the health club offering a state-of-the-art gym, spinning room, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and tennis court.
