«I appreciate the host being available to greet me after the posted check in time to show me the room and amenities even though there was a map provided for after hours check in. The area was quiet and it was a comfortable room, but I felt the room was stuffy and it is central a/c through the whole house so there was no individual control in room or a ceiling fan. «We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.»

«Casita and yard was in disrepair. Ceiling electrical, beams exposed throughout entire casita. Bathroom has holes where bars missing. No towel rack, missing handle on vanity. No toilet paper, and other supplies. Bed linens poor quality no blankets, bed had 2sheets, thin cover. Casita furniture poor quality. Broken metal patio set laying around front of casita entrance. Our car had to be parked on the street, with a very long walk from car to casita on grass , from street curb, to long gravel ...

«Fun property, great room. Loved that the bedroom was separate. Pools were awesome! It is great that there were adult-only areas. Only drawback is the parking. There is no parking close to our room and it was quite a hike to bring our gear in the heat. Otherwise, good experience.»

«The property was just as advertised. Very nice studio apartment. It does not have a full kitchen, but there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and this worked just fine for me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Check-in communication was great. The neighborhood was quiet and there is easy freeway access. Overall, a very nice stay.»

«The unit was comfortable for two people and nicely decorated. The owners were very nice and helpful, I was somewhat uncomfortable with the direct asset door from their home into the unit with no way to lock it while we were in the unit. This was never a issue as we rarely saw the owners.»

«The property was roomy but had no storage. The bed (king sized) was comfortable. We washed our linens as we were told linens would be changed every 15 days. We bought a set of silverware for the kitchen as there was one knife, two spoons and a fork. The refrigerator was dorm-sized and you had to get down on your knees to get anything in it. The unit had an odor of sewer. Won't stay there, again.»
