«Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.»

«It has a cool deck in the back to relax in the evenings. Quiet street and very well priced. We’ll definitely consider staying when visiting family again and need a place close by. thank you. You can park on the street or driveway. The extra bedroom is nice. 1 Bathroom is located upstairs only. Keep in mind if someone has issues with stairs. Overall a very quiet wet and cool stay.»

«All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again!»

«M husband and I were there for 2 week stay.Positive: it was clean in most places but could use a little TLC.Close to Kings Island and only 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati.The house is very close to a fabulous dog park and downtown Loveland.Negative: we got our code at 4:02 we were hoping to get in 10 minutes earlier so we could avoid moving our things during a torrential downpour! Thermostat was set to 54degrees!Washing machine was dirty and general area in basement was dirty and wet because ...

«We were in the area for a family reunion and thought we would stay in Kentucky along the river to see the Cincinnati skyline. The walk along the Ohio River was fantastic, and the town of Bellevue is walkable, with a lot to see and do. The property is charming and just a short walk to restaurants and other amenities.»

The location was perfect to access downtown activities. The host communication was professional, timely and complete with directions as well as answers. «Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again»
