«No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. «There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. Still a long walk if we had done that. We parked in the Casino garage but had we know there was a garage across the street and a elevator to the ...

«Hotel was good for an overnight stay while traveling. Rooms on first and second floors open to the outside. The door to the room I was in did not seal/fit tightly - so a small amount of light from the outside came on under the door and around the edge. Room was a good size. Humid in the room/bed until the air conditioning regulated the temperature in the room. However it was really hot outside that day before I arrived.»

«Nothing unique about the property compared to others with similar profile. The rooms were cleaned and supplied at general hospitality standards. Unless others not available based on my travel schedule and economy, I would not mind staying at the same or other properties associated with the same brand. I have no reason at all, to avoid the brand.»

The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. «My room was clean as can be. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant was worth the money for the breakfast. This place has isnt the most up to date as it is an older location but it's worth the money and I felt safe during my stay. The event was well managed by the staff as there was several hundred attending. There were several tables set up to get food it made the process much faster and better than previous events I've attended. It was worth the stay.»

«The hotel itself as well as the staff was fine. The room. We were in was AWFUL!! There was mold or mildew and it smelled. Our eyes were swollen in the morning. Every time you leave then come back the room smell over powers you. We were in room 228. So If you're gonna stay, maybe ask for a room on a different floor. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. But the mold/ mildew/ stale smoke smell made it miserable! I was so happy to check out and not have to walk back I to that room!»
