«The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful.»

«The property we stayed at was cozy for four and we brought a lot more supplies than one would expect. The host accommodated us and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. She made it an amazing vacation and made sure all of our issues were taken care of! Communication was cordial and timely, and the host and her family were super kind to us and gave us several recommendations for local activities. 10/10 experience!»
