«My husband and I spent three nights here, wanting to relax and enjoy the water and seafood restaurants nearby. We are happy with our stay at the boathouse and spent quite a bit of time on the deck, and walking at nearby beaches. My husband enjoyed watching the naval aviation planes that frequently flew over. The dock is no longer in existence; it would have been nice to have it, as well as windows that could open. Another thing not revealed in the ad is the nearby highway going over the bay ...

The host was very proactive getting us the arrival and departure information. «Paid 50 pre-tour and limited to a 30 minute speedy marathon tour. They could inform us on that tour that outdoor sound system doesn't work but not inform us that indoor sound system did not. Quickly had to run & rent equipment to manage this omission. The TV's all needed updating which is powered by WIFI that also did not work for us. Our group worked 2 hrs to try and troubleshoot this. The remotes do not match the tv's they are located near and a few were found with no batteries or backing. ...
