Likte: Renhold, fasiliteter og overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand
I really liked the design of the hotel, unfortunately sometimes it lacked functionality. It was not possible to lock your room when inside, the AC was not working in the room, it was extremely hot, stuffy (and it was in March) the receptionist advised us to open the window, with the promise of sending maintenance the next day. Nobody came though.
The check-in process was tedious, I do not understand why the agent does not write down all your personal details into the system, instead the guest has to do it on an tablet as the agent is just watching you. The check-in process was anything but smooth.
The bed was really comfortable, nice linens, large and working Smart TV with Chromecast. On the other hand I found a bobby pin and a hair band in the shower next to the shower gel, the dust was visible on some surfaces.
There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go down every time when you have a problem.
When it comes to the location, it is quite central, but also with many homeless people on its vicinity, drunk people drinking at 7 AM on Sunday.
