very bad service and no reception
Very bad service!
Hotel have no reception, no help
I have spoke with man one day before and told me you can check at 13 and our reception open during the day
When I came at 13 I called then and one lady answered me but she wasn’t nice talking, I told her what the her college told me , she was aggressive and she cut off the call when I was talking with her.
She need education again and need to learn how to speak with people!
The hotel it’s bit far from center
Check out at 11, so the most important thing if you forget something at your room as passport and your things after you check out you will get in very trouble because no one can help you there, no reception and bad speaking English
So you have you be very careful about that
Also you can hear your neighbors room when they open the door.
If you come early or you want leave your luggage, so no place to leave it
Better to choose another hotel who have good service and reception in case your lose of forget something at least you find someone can help you! Also you can leave you luggage if you need it.
